Best Programmer? Tire Size Adjust?

Hey,
I tried to get The Hummer Dealer to re-program my Computer for my New Larger Tires so the Speedo would be correct. They siad that G.M. doesn't expose that option in the Hummer Computer.

Anyone else have this done? Anyone have a Programmer they can Recommend? Superchips? Hypertech?
