Default Cheapest way to lift

Hey all,
I am getting ready to put some wheels and tires on the '03 deuce and would like to know what is the cheapest way to lift our rigs 2-3 inches?

I know of the Egan mini lift and was wondering if that was the best way to go?
Also I would like to know if it was necessary to change out the shocks and install the Cognito UCA’s with replaceable ball joint, and put in the Kryptonite front endlinks?
Basically I am looking to do this on the super cheap, just so I can get the height and put the tires on to fit. The rig does not get off roaded much and when it does, it is more light work then anything. I figure later on when money isnt tight I can switch out some of the components that have worn, but I am trying to find out if this 2-3 inches can be accomplished with the Egan mini lift using the following:

• Traxda keys
• Traxda 1.5” rear coil spacers
• Traxda shock extenders

Also I will need to or want to add in rear springs to either assist with my stock air bag setup or replace. So I am curious which ones would be the best to use (since I hop on ebay and see alot of different ones)

Thanks
