Yes, just roll the tape up and it works great. Or you could scrape off the acrylic based, waterproof, adhesive and use that.

The 3" roll is perfect for that. 600lb tear test, won't leave residue, yet can peel right off without leaving marks or pulling much hair.

Perfect for kidnappers.

Yes. It's the HT Extreme. The adhesive doesn't let go of anything.

Not good for kidnapping because it would hurt when removing.
