water in passenger front floor

has any one ever had a problem with water in the front passenger floor....I noticed a couple of days ago , the mat was wet, checked the rug that was soaked...pulled up the rug , the padding is soaked...no hole in the floor , no rust, nothing is leaking onto the carpet...it seems to be coming from under the carpet, up by where the floor starts to go up behind the glovebox area....could there be a clogged drain somewhere there, and the water is backing up....any ideas.......

if you have a sunroof try to make sure the drains are not clogged. If memory serves me correct I think we had the same problem a few years ago and blocked drains in the sunroof was the cause.
