Before you mess with compression percentage, resize picture first to max 800 pixels wide, and set resolution at 72 dpi. THEN shrink till size is below 300KB.
362MB gotta be 1 hour video of your H2...

Brian,
If your trying to post a vid clip you need to host it from a server you have access to not the one that hosts this site. Just post a link to the clip on your server.
If your trying to post a picture, H2Finally is correct.
Open an image editing program (Photoshop, photo paint) anything that will allow you to adjust the image properties. Set your resolution to 72dpi and the longest dimension to no more than 800 pixels. Save the file to your desktop or someplace where you can find it then while you are making your next post look at the far right side of tool bar on the post window there is a paper-clip looking icon. Click it and then point the corresponding dialog box to where you saved the image on your computer. It's just like attaching an image in an e-mail. The still image will be hosted here on this sites servers.
