I have some questions:
How do you access the winch?
How do you check on your cable to see if it's spooling properly?
Where's the clutch handle?
How much did you have to cut the frame to fit the winch in there? And what did you secure it to? And how did you secure it. Did you load test it?

Lenses are as dark as those posted, however flash on camera makes them look lighter. Tinted by company in S.Cal through Winkel Hummer. They offer an exchange program so you don't have to send off and wait for lenses to be tinted. Winch was installed and tested for load by Custom Motorsports www.custommotorsports.com for $2,000.00. Clutch handle is in photo on left of winch and wire connection to right. Very clean installation. They had to slightly modify winch corners and also drop skid plate approx 1/2".

Shocks are Rod Hall (Hummer Race Team) extreme travel shocks. What you see in photo's is resevoir for fluid. Makes for consistent response of shock as keeps fluid cool. See at www.rodhall.com

Shoulda got 37s. I gotta say that winch rigging is pretty damn nifty although I dont know if I am for making anything closer to the ground on these H2s.
I am going to wait and see how Det's Road Armor bumper works out for him, but Drty makes some VERY good points as I have seen the enclosed winch cause some problems when it comes to spooling wire. Guess synth rope would be a must have...

Now all you need is a nice coat of Meguiar's Gold Class paste wax. I used that stuff and it looks about 100x better than when I bought it.

Actually what I think you meant to say what that it needed some dirt on it. Way too clean.

The problem I had with my winch wire, besides it being my fault for doing something as stupid as trying to move the solenoid, it would have happened no matter where the winch was installed, even if it was completely loose from a housing all together.
