Has anyone compared the new Jeep Grand Cherokee dimensions with an H3?

The figures on hummer.com seem weird compared to Jeep.com

Specifically:

H3 width: 74.7"

JGC: width: 84.2"

Are they serious that the H3 is 10" narrower than an H3?

I don't think so...

The new and old grand cherokees are smaller than the H3 by quite a bit, here are some comparison pictures

Those specs on the Jeep website are overall width, meaning including mirrors, the H3 specs do NOT include mirrors.

Hey thanks for the info.
Love the comparative width pictures!
So what is the overall width of the H3?

Cheers!

Are you sure they aren't talking about the Commander? I saw one real quick in a video the other day, and sadly enough, at first, I thought it was a Hummer!

Yeah definitely not the commander. Jeep.com lists the Grand Cherokee as 84.2" wide with mirrors.

The Commander is actually shorter in height than the H3, is the same in width, but longer.

I'll get the width of the H3 with mirrors when I step out a bit later.
