Default your thoughts on this hitch?

I have 37 bfgs on my H2 and need one of these to tow my atv on a 4x8 foldable trailer and possibly other items in the future.

There is a little play in the links, it isnt a solid fit. What do you guys think?

Every one of those pins allows slop in hitch. After a few miles the whole tongue is swaying and jerking. If you need that much offset you are better to get a custom drawbar made and then shim it in receiver with some light sheet metal. Better all the way around. That set up you show is sort of a one size fits all and is okay for a tent trailer.

I agree if you're always going to need that hitch height get a solid hitch. Those are good if you tow with different hitch heights all the time but will clunk around a lot. But it will probably work....

I wouldn't trust that at all. Looks pretty iffy. I actually have a 12" drop on mine to tow my trailer. It is made by Draw-Tite. I have had it for about 7 months, and it has held up very well.

You could take what you got there and have it welded at the correct height and renforced. Just my .02

+1-Anything they sell is a consumable. Throw away quality, at best.
