I have a used/ like new hi-lift mount with locking knobs for an H2 Stealth Mount. It mounts to the roof tracks and uses the support of the stealth rack. It will also work with the Ranger with the 2.5 brackets. will not work with 4" brackets unless you bolt this to the expanded metal floor of the rack.

You can also use this on the H3 (this is what it was on last/ on mine) and bolt it to the expanded metal of either the stealth or ranger.

So it will work on both, but was designed for the H2.
