Anyone have/had dealings with this extended warranty company? Rough quote, 6 years, 100K, $50 Ded for around $2000
Warranties 4 Wheels, Avondale, AZ
www.warranties4wheels.com
Seem to have a pretty good set-up and pricing as well. No BBB complaints.
Any other recommendations/suggestions?
Let me know here or off-line at Hum2@cox.net
Thanks,
Ric

I got a 7 year up to 125k on the odometer, wear and tear with zero deductible for 2105.00. Same coverage as GM, but 50,000 more miles and another year. I checked out the carrier and Warranties for wheels and they were just fine. Hope that helps.

I went with GMPP. I told them I will not put allot of miles so they worked a deal with 6 year 62,000 miles that kicks in after factory is gone. $50 ded., free oil changes for life as long as I'm owner and free loaner if needed. I got it for $1500. They wanted $3750 for the 72/72 so You can see he can get it down in cost if you resist and make Him think You are just going to pass. He gets commision so He does not want to spend time and come out with nothing. The closing guy has the ability to negotiate on the GMPP unlike some of the other company's. Think about You needs and just keep saying I just can't justify that and He will keep working it down and tailor something that more suits You.

I wouldnt buy any warranty not backed by the manufacturer....it isnt a warranty unless it is backed by the OEM...other wise it is insurance....i personally know a guy who owned a "warranty company" that stopped paying claims and later went out of business...i was suprised that some large dealers were selling his products...
Some finance guys will let you have the warranty really cheap just to get his penetration percentage up which effects his overall pay instead of just the commission on the warranty...

Gieco 100000/7 years $600 bucks.
Better Than An Extended Warranty:
GEICO’s MBI provides better coverage and is cheaper than the typical dealer extended warranty. MBI coverage:
Includes all parts and systems-not just the specific list of items covered by most dealer warranties.
Saves you money. You pay only a small premium each policy period-not a large lump-sum payment up front.
Lets you get your car repaired wherever you like.

The only problem is I think you have to be insured with Geico to get MBI. It's about 45 a month for a 7 year 100K NBI

She probably works for the company and is trying to drum up business. Someone should call the 800 number and ask for Nancy.

I was refered to them by my Mechanic in Scottsdale.
I only know what I found out through the BBB and AG's office. They were clean. Since they did such a nice job ,when I saw this online thought I would share th is with others. I have made no claims. Hope that helps out.

In fact, it is about $43 every six months for 7 years or until 100,000 mi (which would make the cost less) that makes the total cost around 600 bucks...
My dealer wanted 1900 for 7/100000.

FYI:
I had a nice conversation with owner regarding his business...I don't see any reason why not to go with them, they certainly are the cheapest, I will just have to keep better records of my oil changes, and do a few of the routine maintenance items as needed. All I've heard thus far has been positive...not one thing negative. Now I will wait till I get close to 30K (price bump at 30K, 36K, or out of factory warranty) or the end of my 3-year factory warranty, to get the most out of this. You can do a payment plan as well so you wouldn't be out the entire sum if they went bye-bye some day...that's a consideration.
BBB and Atty. Gen reports are clean, owner has been in business since 1996, warranty company for 14 years, and a dealer report was very favorable.
It will be $1000 less, cover 50,000 more miles, and be good for 7 more years from the date I sign up. Looks like a go!

Sounds like a "small" company if you can talk to the owner.

That is why I went with them. The warranty company was huge, the personal service of the broker was what I liked, and enjoyed.
