anyone know how to disconnect seat belt chime??

Plug an unused seatlbelt in from one of the seats that no one is using

Best thing you can actually do if you dont plan to wear one is to go to a boneyard and cut the clip off an actual seatbelt..... stick it into the clasp and your set. You can also use something like a stylus from a PDA and stick it inside of the clasp to set it.... pressing the button will release it.... another simple fix.

Checked the manual?

Some trucks (fords) have a sequence to disable the f*cker.

As soon as I can get me a plasma cutter, I am going to make us a bunch of paperweights that will resemble the seatbelt plugs.

They will not be intended to disable the setbelt warning chime, but can if they accidentally fall in there

So from my searching the forums it appears that there is no way to turn it off? This always leads into a preaching session, but I just want to be able to turn it off. Any sequences like the ford vehicles have? Maybe a way to unplug the sensor? I haven't looked under my seat yet, but if that wire were accidentally cut.......

Mate, Plug the seat belt in and sit ON it, that's what I did when I was in the bush...shuts it right up...
