Default Sunday

Good morning/afternoon.

Today, Ken and I are driving up to Arlington to pick-up some marble columns/plant stands I got off e-bay. They are from the US capitol before the recontruction it in 1958- the guy was a photographer and documented the change, they gave them to him as a gift. Kinda cool. **excited dance**

I hope he goes with me- Is rearranging the furniture while he is out drinking, and staying up late to witness trips and groans- laughing hysterically, considered bad thing?

This morning I am making breakfast and researching Absinthe. I am prolly going to buy a bottle of Jade Edouard online in a bit. So far it looks to be the best but if anyone has a suggestion that would be great, I want to get an antique prep/serving set-up but I am waiting for a pretty pitchet to catch my eye- and maybe a pretty little flask and spoon to keep out in my studio so I can be like all the other great artists. Anyway, it could provide inspiration when I have a block.

30 minutes left in my shift. I'm finally off on a Sunday for the first time in a few months. Going to play a little golf this afternoon (or at least attempt to).

well i am going to clean a little, watch the race and I have to go to my moms house to find out how to take care of ALL of her animals, she is going out of town for a week. So........ I have to help. Slow day around here.

Paragon and the kids went to sleep early last night so I stayed up and watched a movie I can't watch around them, Brokeback Mountain. All I have to say is.... Oh my gosh, my eyes, my eyes.

That is one movie I will likely be avoiding.

I did watch Meerkat Manor on Friday tho. Sex and violence, gotta love it.

Today....not much happening. Was hoping to be Hummerless but my tech shop is now closed on Saturdays, waaah. So now I have to work out dropping the truck off sometime during the week for a much-needed alignment. Being Hummerless during the week sucketh.

Got the kid's play area finished yesterday - 3 cubic yards of mulch put down in less than an hour, whoo hoo! It's actually cooler than 90F right now, so I'll probably take him out and let him loose for the first time. That will be fun.

Gotta figure out my garden area too. Fall planting is coming up, I'm going to try planting by the moon phases this year. And planting corn....that should freak out my neighbors.

Going to shop ebay for a new CB antenna mount since I tore mine off in bear valley. I think the new one will have a spring mount.

Then I'm toying with the idea of finally pulling the dash so I can take it to the body shop for black paint.

If I get that done early enough I'll start getting the RV and boat ready for vacation later this week.

Wife is grocery shopping online (first time). Anybody ever try this?

I've trained my dog to freeze, roll over, whimper, run, yelp, fly, shyt and piss on command. All in less than 30 minutes.

Found another one of his treasure troves.

LMAO! Send schematics please.

I feel bad for yelling at him. The Chazz is a very sensitive dog.
