wish we had a 100% definative answer on this and i cant bring up that suspensionmaxx web site, iam still rubbing cuz i havent gotten around to trimming, and im not sure that would totally eliminate the problem, my mechanic said he only tightened the torsions a little bit cuz it would be stiff, and after i pulled out of the lot it still rubbed, i think im gonna go back and tell him i dont give a fukk about the stiffness, and crank em the whole way, it is a truck anyway so who cares if it is stiff?

I used a similar product on my '03. It caused the alignment to max out on the camber adjustment. That doesn't leave alot of room for future adjustments. I took it off.

Don't do it! Besides, the H2 does not have the "rake" like Tahoes & suburbans. If you just lift the front it'll have a nose up look.

Just installed the same 2" leveling kit from Sandy. My 37 X 13.50 X 20's On 20 X 10 rims no longer rub. And on a flat level suface you can hardly tell the torsion keys have been changed and adjusted.

No way would I put those on my truck. You're going to smoke through front end parts.

That said, mine did have a rake to it so I adjusted the torsion bars to get 1" higher. Got it aligned and it sits nice and level now. No difference in ride or steering.

Anything over +1" and you're asking for trouble.

True statement here! I'm new here and really don't know a lot of you guys yet. But I've been a master auto and heavy truck mech for over 30 years. I run a apparatus dept for a fire dept in MI. If this could be done without problems, I would be all over it. As I run a 2003 Jeep Rubicon with 8" of lift and 37" tires on it off-road. Beside like was stated wear on the balljoints, think of the idler arm, pitman arm, tie-rods, because of the tire size with the extra weight too. This is a dd for me and as hard as it will be, I' won't be lifting mine.

after crank up the TB and the yellow bumper do not touch the lower arm, the ride is a little bit arsh and the pitman and idler goes out (but it can depend also of hard wheelin and some crash).
Now I've lowered until the yellow bumper touch the lower arm and the ride is , for me, very better...
About my post on super swamper i hope that someone understand what I mean !!!!
