Wondered if someone that has them could give me the dimensions of the quick disconnect steps? I'm looking for the dimension between the 2mounting points(where it mounts to the rocker bar braces). thanks

You've got an H3 but you want the dimensions for the H2 steps.

Have you seen the price of the H3 U-steps from the dealership? talk about price gouging! I can get H2 steps for $1.00+shipping on ebay and they say "Hummer" on them too. I just measured the brackets on a H2 rocker bars and found them to be 12" from brace to brace. the H3 measures 10" brace to brace on the rocker bars. I think i should be able to do some easy modifications to the H2 steps to get them to fit.

Never mind. I just saw some on ebay that says their 24" long and aluminum. their about 1foot too long and i won't be doing any welding mods to the aluminum . oh well, back to the drawing board.

HUH? It's at 57 bucks... where did ya get 200 from?
By the way, where do those steps go? Obviously, don't H2's come with regular step bars? Are these replacements?

Yea, i still see 57bucks. There were two other sellers yesterday and sets of 2 were going for less than 50bucks! don't see them today.
orangecrush: The steps mount to your rocker protectors.

the ones i was bidding on went for like $65 for two. plus $30 shipping a pair. that equals $95 a pair shipped, X 2 = $190. close to $200.

I saw this too late but wanted to say that I have them and they are great. When I am ibig rocks I take them off and avoid crunching them. The profile of the bar they attach to is not much lower than the bottom of the truck and it still helps protect the body.
They are the best thig I did and you should work it out if you can.
