Default torsion bar adjustment

Hey I just wanted to know about adjusting the torsion bar on my h3. I've heard that its really easy to do and lifts up the front end. But I have no idea how to do it. If you guys could help me out that would be awsome. I would also like to know if it reduces fuel efficiency at all. ANY information would be greatly appreciated.

The search function is your friend! But since you are new to the website, here are a couple of links to some info I found doing a search! Good Luck!!

There is an INCREDIBLE amount of information previously posted on this site. Play with the search function when you have some time!!

Again...Good Luck!!
