Default something new, damn!

This truck is slowly turning into my girlfriend. Always something giving me a headache even though I love it.

Ok, here is the newest.
I dont know if you were following my thread about the puffs of white/tannish smoke I would have on stopping hard from a long hard drive, but if not you should know this is smoke is a pre-existing problem.

So, I mentioned that from the smoke I put in an oil additive. Didnt help.

Before I put in the additive I was under the truck and it was clean and dry
Today I went under the truck and there is what appears to be oil all under the truck. The majority of the oil is around the filter. Given it is elsewhere at the bottom, but there isnt much above the filter. There is what appears to be a little oil on the block, but not on the head in one area, but nothing on the exhaust next to it.

Do you think I popped a leak in the gasket putting that stuff in it?
All i did was add it in. i didnt substitute it, since it didnt say to do that.
