Actually, mine were blems, but I inspected the rims really well and I could barely tell where the "blem" was. They are hardly noticeable and were just really, really small dots that don't bother me at all.
New and with no "blems" these rims cost more than $2,500.00.

Oops, I forgot to mention that the "blem" was only on one rim out of the set of four.
