Just started hearing a noise in front left when turning....almost sounds as if there is a branch or something like that in the wheel as you turn the wheel...has anyone else heard this? And I checked, nothing in there. :-)

NJhummer........i too had a "ticking" sound in what seemed to be the front left. It not only happened when turning but all the time. As tires moved faster ticking went faster. Thought it was something in tire as well. Went to dealer and found it actually it is coming from transfer case. They are going to replace.

I had the same problem but only when turning the wheel, and it was a ticking or clicking sound, but only when the vehicle was cold.....problem, mud. C

CV joints/boots and entire general area were inspected by the dealer, pressure washed and cleaned......No more problem!

You will probably need to leave it overnight....so they can duplicate the noise in the AM while the vehicle is cold.

Get an H2 loaner!
