Default Dashboard diagrams

Does anyone here know where I can see an online diagram of the dashboard and clips that hold it together. Specifically the center dash cover that covers the radio.

The installer that put in my aftermarket radio, somehow bent the the clip on the bottom left hand side of the center dash cover. Because of the damage it does not hold the center dash tight at the bottom creating an UGLY space between the buttons (Air susp, tow, etc) and the dash. Tonight I attempted to finally fix it and found it to be bent upwards. After bending it to go into the locking area it just would not hold. This drives me CRAZY.

Any help is appreciated.

If its a "J" clip, you just need to bend it so that it's wide enough to hold, but narrow enough to fit into the slot.

Thanks but unfortunately it's not a Jclip. It's a pointy style clip that fits into a square hole, maybe 1/4 by 1/4 inch. I have not removed the center dash cover because I would have to move the center console back first. Since I have a second dvd player in the console I was trying to avoid moving it until I had the clip to make the repair.

I had the console apart once before and boy was it hard moving it back with all the wires and hookups in there for the DVD. I was hoping someone could point me to a diagram online so that I know what part to order and do it all at once. If not I guess I'll have to drive to the dealership and check their parts diagrams.

Thank you so much for the thread posted. It will be a huge help to me tonight when I complete my XM Installation.
