Didn't you just have some trouble with the BCM?
It sounds like the BCM is confused. The turn signal switch is a single wire to the BCM, that sends a different resistance reading for left or right turn signal operation.
The BCM intepretes this difference in resistance and then turns on the right or left signals.
Looking at the diagrams, the only thing I can see that would cause this is the BCM. Unless someone changed the connectors at the BCM, or bent a connector pin just right.

Any chance this could happen from the water we went threw this weekend.
There is another freaky thing that happened the flashers went on by themselves and wouldnt shut off.The dealer told me they couldnt access the Bcm for some reason.I told them to remove the radio fuse before trying anything and they said that was done.

Turns out the BCM module got soaked, which was causing the funky electrical problems,They had to keep it over night and gave me a rental which turned out to be a black H3.They havent told me if I have to pay yet.

The BCM got soaked, and this caused it to fail. These are supposed to be water tested. When I was in TN, we had about thirty Saturns returned from a Flood, and by mud lines, all the BCMs had been under water for a week.
Not one BCM was replaced, only connectors, radios, HVAC boxes, and some other items, but no computers.
(Don't worry guys, all vehicles were made runable and donated to trade schools, and the fire departments. Schools could not ever sell vehicles since GM retained the title, and the fire departments used them for rescue practice...jaws of life, etc.)

Hope he finds the water leak after replacing the BCM. That area is not supposed to have water in it. Water in that area will come right into the passenger compartment.

I got my H3 back Friday and everything is fine almost.I went to reinstall my Alpine radio and discovered the orange hot lead from the factory harness is loose. My radio kept shutting off when I tried to move the wires.By the process of elimination tunrs out the Orange lead is loose,so each time I try to move wires radio shuts off.I tie wrapped it in place but have funny feeling after a few bumps gonna have issues.
