Is the body armor going to be pop riveted to the body, or is it going to be screwed in?
What about the doors, they would be pretty heavy!?

If you guys don't mind I can answer your questions.
( Is the body armor going to be pop riveted to the body, or is it going to be screwed in?
What about the doors, they would be pretty heavy!?)
The body armor is very light 1/8 aluminum and will be attached with foam body adhesive just like body molding on another vehicleor the tail light guards on the H2. The doors will not have pieces on them they will be protected by the protruding rock slider portion of the rocker panel prtection to come. The Fab shop I use is backed up so They are coming slowly. I will be offering the body armor in black liner coated or polished aluminum with clear powder coat.
If you want Door pieces they can be fabricated but will not be offered as part of the kit.
These are not only for protection but appearence also.
( that front valance looks pretty beefy, what kind of weight is that going to end up at...)
The Front valance is going to be real beefy it is made from 3/16 steel. It will way around 35 lbs when complete. The valance will be able to support lights and other modifications now. I am designing it as a direct replacement for the plastic so it can be ordered as a set or individual pieces. I will be also designing additional pieces with more character should we say. I have allot of cool stuff in the plans for the H2 I just need a little financial incurragement.
When complete Ed's truck is going to be the Badest "Non-Bling" H2 on the Block
