Default Save Hummer

I'm with Viet Nam Vette, if I win the powerball, I'm going to be the new owner of the Hummer brand. HOWEVER, on a realistic note I'm starting a writing campaign to AM General to have them take over the Hummer brand that they started. They already have a relationship with GM and the H2 plant in place. Email them! What do we have to loose?

I also noted AM General has Hummer.com on their site home page. Is that new?

It's snowing so hard in upstate NY right now that I sent everyone home from the office. It's times like these that I wouldn't trade my H2 for anything. The quiet here will give me more time to think this SAVE HUMMER campaign out and what I need to organize it better. Bumper strickers? Any ideas?

One of my other hobby marques is Saab...there was quite a bit of save saab action going on at facebook.

Might have helped, who knows, but it can't hurt for potential buyers to see there are say 50 or 60 thousand people on facebook that have become fans of a 'save hummer' facebook page.

Email sent to AM General! I think a facebook Save Hummer page is a good idea, if someone here knows how to set one up. Instead of a bumper sticker, how about a rear window sticker. I hate sticking gooey things on the bumper. If you need help defraying some of the cost for the stickers PM me.

I have owned over twenty GM vehicles. Everything from late Corvettes to Avalanches. There's nothing like a Hummer. My daily driver is a 2009 H3 and my toy is a 2005 H2 SUT. My H3 gets roughly the same mileage as my wife's 2010 Equinox. And the H2 is only a mile or two worse per gallon than a Suburban or a Avalanche. And both my Hummers still have METAL bumpers, instead of plastic....
