Roll up the windows and run the air compressor with the hose inside. That should help pop it out. May take a while though that is really skinny.

I think you should trade it in for the one with the low center of gravity. I am sure you don't meet minimum 40% side slopes

Dennis I thought you were up on GM news. GM now offers the new Hummer H2 in 6 different widths to best accomodate the parking spaces in your area as well as your garage. The height, however, goes up as the vehicles width decreases so the GVWR stays the same. They make one that is 36" wide, which is able to go through most motorcycle trails but blows over in a stiff wind.
I'm really bored. I need to get back to work. Too much turkey!
