THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!

Mister Ed, where did you get those fine wheels?

And did they come in black or did you have them
powder coated after you bought them? If so, who
did the powder coating for you?

Thanks for sharing!

MisterEd,

What about powder coating the backs of the mirrors and the door handles to keep the monotone look going. The image is turning out well.

I "blacked out" a vehicle in the past and came to the conclusion that a "touch" of chrome kinda breaks the monotony of the black.......one of those "different strokes for different folks" type things....Mirrors and handles could be swapped out but right now I'm leaving them.......

THAT IS SWEET! No bling at all that is bad ass. Love the wheels, the grill is cool and it makes me wonder what a pewter grill will look like.

Very nice job that is EXACTLY what I would like to do with mine (if I had some money)

Man the more I look at a 4" lift, the more I want one. Your H2 looks great. Have you lost any acceleration or braking performance with the bigger tires? Are the rims 17"?

I would like to do a lift, but then I would have to add bigger tires. Because of the bigger tires I would need a supercharger. Because of the supercharger I would need better brakes and bigger anti-roll bars. Because of the bigger tires and supercharger I would need better shocks. Why stop there? Custom paint would be in order and then a custom interior. So, on and on it would go.

I am better off living vicariously through forum members. But I really do like the look of a 4" lift...hummmm.

H2 Daddy....Wheels are 17x10s which is what Rancho advises....I re-programmed after the change and have not noticed anything except a much better view of the folks driving "abnormal" vehicles!!

Thanks for the compliments!!

Okay, grill is an "extra i got from a fellow off ebay for $150.....body shop "stripped" the chrome and sprayed it satin black , then baked it...so far it is holding up just fine....

Wheels and tires were pretty well balanced to start with...most that had to be added was 4.5 oz. and all weights are done on the inside...balancing was a spin balance...

And here's a side view........
