Default driver side stuck on heat

So heres my problem, my heat is stuck on hot only on the driver side vents, i have replaced the lower actuator which controls this and it will work for about a day and go right back to sticking on hot. I put the old actuator back in and it does the same thing. Each time i disconect the battery thinking i may be clearing a code in the system. Right now im thinking i could have some loose terminals on the plug going to the actuator. When i connect the battery and have the actuator off i can see it cycle when i turn the key on. But sometimes it doesent do anything unless i half way unplug it or hold pressure on it. Any thoughts guys

dunno if this helps any, but about a year ago my sut was either stuck on hot blowing hot air or cold blowing freezing air. i took it to the stealership since it was still covered and they replaced a sensor above the headliner. they told me that people often think its a speaker for the onstar but its actually a sensor for the climate control. they changed it out and my heating/cooling problems are gone....

Just had mine replaced too. They called it the Inside air temp sensor.
