Brand New Toyo Open Country MT's 33/12.50-20
Local Seattle pickup only.
Credit Card option available (You just pay at Discount Tire towards the purchase of my new All Terrains).
I should have bought AT's and not MT's. Paid $350.00 a piece yesterday not including tax and siping. These are 1 day old!
Will not take anything under $300.00 a piece. You're saving big!

Discount will take them back usually without a hassle. I have done this twice in the past, just find a friendly Discount Tire store. Expect to pay a small restocking fee if you have driven on them for a week or so. They might give you a break if you exchange for the AT's in the same size and brand.

They are on Ebay now and I will ship.

As for the return issues, I bought them from Les Schwab Tire. I already did one exchange with 305/50-20 AT's. Despite the fact that those were siped as well they let me return those and I got these MT's. I do a lot of business there and I'm not going to have them take these back as well. Besides, their policy is very specific when it comes to taking back siped tires. They don't. However, they let me do it once and I'm not sure I want to argue to make them do it again.
Besides, the AT's I want are either Nitto or BFG's and Les Schwab does not carry those in stock. My local Discount Tire store however does.

Here's a site with information about siping.

http://www.lesschwab.com/videos_siping.asp
It's still a big debate but if you're a hard core wheeler, don't do it. I don't sipe my Coopers on the H2 but I do sipe the tires on my family Trucks/SUV's.
I will tell you that on snow and ice they do work. I had BF Goodrich A/T's on my Yukon with no sipes. They did very well. But when I put on Toyo All Terrain's with sipes they out performed the BFG's in the snow in every way.
