I bought a new H2 from them and only got one key, no remotes, owners' package, DVD Map, other keys and stuff for my air suspension. The vehicle was shipped to my overseas location. I have made many attempts to contact them but they are ignoring me. I will be seeking legal assistance whenever I can get away from my mission. Any suggestions to get the stuff?

I must be the only unlucky customer. It's ashamed that the dealer would take advantage of a Government employee who resides out of country.

I had my first test drive of the H2 at this dealership in 2004. Personally speaking I did not get that feeling of genuine "comfort" I seek in doing business on high ticket items. Wound up at GoldCoast in Oakhurst, NJ for my 2005 H2. Received impeccable service from start to finish. I'm very sorry you received this type of courtesy especially being overseas.

Thank you. I just can't understand why they didn't send it.

Out of topic but here's a photo of sand storm in Iraq and living area.

Man,

First, let me say Thank you for all you do for us.

Second, that sucks... perhaps one of our NJ members can stop in there.

Last but not least, you had a brand new H2 sent to Iraq? That'd be cool as schiet but I'd be scared stuff like that sandstorm would trash my new truck.

Good luck and be safe.

Mark
