My 2006 H3 has a bit over 50,000 miles and the tires were very noisy due partly to my rotating them at intervals of 16,000 miles and not keeping them properly inflated.
All chrome 20" wheels costing $149 on a clearance were ordered; they arrived but one wheel was the wrong size. Tire Kingdom said I could wait and take a chance the 4th wheel would still be the wrong size. They also said they would have to use spacers for the wheels to make them fit; something I was not too happy about. I looked in the catalog and ordered the Moto Metal 20" in black. They finally came in 4 days later the wrong size; for a Hummer H2. Another 4 days and they came in:
I got a couple of free oil changes in the bargain. These wheels cost me $179 a piece, a bit higher than the first 20" all chrome wheels, but they were running higher priced even on the internet, usually over $200. I think I got a pretty good deal. I think they made a mistake on the price but would not worry me any more because of all the delay, though they were not at fault. The new Sumitomo tires are a lot quieter and I could almost swear the ride is smoother. I like these wheels a lot and am considering buying a 5th wheel as a spare. So far I seem to be having no problems with the Tire Pressure Monitors in the wheels either, something I was concerned about.
