Re: VIBRATION NOISE
I have the same noise! Just a soft vibration, brief, only when going through about 2,000 rpm. It's definitely behind the dash somewhere. And it's driving me out of my mind.

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
Do either of you have an aircharger system installed? I had a very bad vibration around 900 RPMs until just recently. I found that my aircharger bracket bolt and nut, forward most on the passneger side fender well, had vibrated loose. Also, the bracket attachment to the block also was loose. Tightened both and the noise is gone. I think I will install rubber bushings when the weather calms a bit and perhaps some LokTite.
I have always had a very minor vibration in the dash but only at very high RPMs (like when passing) and this is infrequent enough to be an issue.

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
ah...the wonderful H3 noises! The only noise I have now is one that sounds like my windshield is about to explode when I drive 70+ mph. Wonder if I should be worried...

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
yeah the trim on the outside of my passengar A-pillar vibrates pretty bad when its windy or im going 70 or more. The dealer said theyll fix it but they are just gonna put some sealant between it and the glass and i dont think that should be required so i havent decided yet if ill get it fixed.

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
My A pillar vibs too, right above my head at 70-80mph
I think I will put a dab of black silicone in there to keep it from vibrating.

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
I removed the plastic window trim mouldings from either side of the windshield and used a heat gun to reform them so they fit flush against the windshield everywhere. My noise is coming from the rubber trim piece along the top of the windshield. The top lip of the moulding doesn't fit tight against the roof (maybe a few RCH clearance) and taps against the roof when going over 40 MPH.

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
No No NO. Dealer is messing around. They will replace the A-Pillar trim, just insist. They did it for me and quite a few others on the forum. Just search around some, there are lots of post's on it. I got it done and they did both sides and no more eyebrow vibes...

I'm not sure if it's the A-Pillar trim on mine that needed fixed or not...but I insisted that the dealer fix it and fix it properly this time (this is the 4th time I've had it in for the same problem). I also refused to pick it up until it was fixed to my liking. I swear that the poor service guy hates me but he'll get over it. If not- I'm already over it.

Re: VIBRATION NOISE
Not sure about tightening anything but I would first make sure you have nothing placed in there that is rattling (been there, done that). If that isn't the problem, I would then try to find the exact place where the rattling is occurring and place foam weather stripping (they seel it in grey and black) in that area, so long as it does not interfere with the proper opening and closure of the box. I had to do that in a car I once owned.
