Toyo Open Country MT's vs AT's in snow & ice
I'm deciding between Toyo Open Country Mudd Terrains versus the Open Country All Terrains for my new Yukon. I'm doing a minor 2" lift up front and can fit 33/12.50-20's (MT's) or 305/55-20's (AT's). I have to go with this brand because I am returning the 305/50-20 (Toyot AT's) I just bought from Les Schwab.
That being said, I've owned both tires and know what the AT's are capable of in the snow. However, I'm assuming with the added siping the AT's might be better in the snow. But the look of those MT's are very nice!
Can anyone comment on how well the MT's do in snow & ice?
