In my personal opinion is that it can be done but realistically, it won't make a good daily driver.
I think it'd be cool as hell but i think you'll find you'll be wrenching (or paying someone) to keep it maintained with breaking, tuning or fixing something all the time.
My .02 worth.

United States and it breaks down a lot but i think its worth it when driving it on the street all the traffic stops and you are like
the king of the road !
Any ones installed some thing similar to it ? ? ?
Is it very complicated ? ? ?

I would think that any one of our trucks with a 6 or 9 inch lift would still make it king of the road over there.... I would doubt (I'm guessing) that there aren't a lot of lifted H2's over there.
I installed a 6 inch on mine and wish I would have done a 9" lift instead.
Keep in mind one problem, when you start getting LARGE tires, the gear ratio gets cut down. I took out my 4:11's and put in 4:56's and my tires are 38's. The tires on your pics are waaaaaay bigger than that. The truck would be an absolute pig to get a rolling start.
It'll put more strain on the suspension and I promise though it looks cool as hell, it's simply not practical.
Just for the record, installing the 6" lift is a weekend event. Not a big deal, just more time consuming than anything.
For reference size, that's a brown bear under my truck...
J/K......
