Bet the alleged "victim" is bat sh*t crazy.

BEWHEWFRIGGITY!!!! You shouldn't be trying to ride your bike on NW 23rd alongside of automobiles & trucks. Do you want a Darwin Award that badly? And before you start in from atop your high horse about how bicyclists "have the same right to the roads as cars" let me ask you how much gas does your bicycle use & how much does your bicycle's registration cost? Nothing, right? That means you contribute nothing to the costs of upkeep for the roads. NOTHING!!!! We car/truck/SUV owners & drivers are ALLOWING you to ride on OUR roads that we've PAID for with our gas taxes and registration fees.
It's bad enough that suburban & rural property owners are forced to give up parts of their land so bike lanes can be built so that then you bike riders can still ride out beyond the white line in traffic.

Chinese people call Hummers "Hanma," or fierce horse. They're known as the vehicle of choice of newly minted robber barons ? especially coal mine bosses, who are not widely known for their discreet spending habits or environmental consciousness.

Here's a link to the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfkjP24hRds
I gotta say though the driver of the Hummer was an idiot. There is NO FUKKIN way I would have allowed them to do that.
One HARD brake check first and then I would have pushed them out of the way. I don't want to damage my truck but if you don't think for a second I wouldn't have pushed them idiots out of the way, you're stoned.

Re: Probably had it coming
Absolutely. One hard slam on the brakes would have put a little ding in the front of the trailing car. Hell, you have no idea what thery were trying to do. You were scared for your safety and rammed the sh*t outta them.
