I honestly would not buy any warranty that isn't an extension of the factory warranty. I say that because I have had bad luck with them and ended up wasting the money. Most of them dont cover 100% of repairs and fight like hell to not pay at all. Plus make sure a shop local to you is able to do work for the company. I paid $700 for one years ago on my Trans Am. It was a 3 year warranty. The only problem I had was the waterpump went. I found a shop that could do the work under the warranty. I had to pay a $100 deductable so I just bought the pump for $40 and did it myself. Long story short. Save your money and put it aside incase you have a problem.

I have to agree! My son had an extended warranty on his Jeep Liberty and when the transmission failed they wouldn't pay because they said the vehicle "was subjected to abusive driving." NOT TRUE, and he even got a lawyer to fight them adding up more dollars.
I have a friend with the Hummer Ceritified Extended Warranty and they've covered a window rattle, a bad speaker and a heater core at no charge on his high mileage '06 H3. He was very happy with it! Personally, I would just put your money aside in a separate account for your Hummer!

CNA for me. The only complaint I have is if you don't keep it completely stock, they will not cover repairs. Had my air bags leak and they tried to void the repair warranty because of my oversize tires.

After much complaining, they agreed to cover it but said as long as I have the oversize tires, they will not cover another repair.

The stealership had so much influence in this process but opened their legs and rolled over with no assistance to me whatsoever.
