have the lux package on my h3 with the factory chrome rims with the goodyear 265/75/16 want to put the bridgestone tires from the offroad package 285/75/16 on the chrome rims. will they fit and will I cause any problems by doing this ? will I have to have the speedo recalibrated ?

No, you won't have to change speedo. The 16s should fit the tire.

Normally, I would say that the speedo would be off by about 2-3 mph (e.g., showing 70 but doing 73). However, checking my H3 on a trip to TN in Sept. and it was traveling at 2 mph under what was shown on the speedo. This was checked on the way to TN with a Garmin GPS, and on the way back by a Magellan GPS.
