Ha! My new toy
If you've read anything I've posted you probably know I gave my retirement present(H2) to my wife. I had to get something else so here it is. 1969 Ford Bronco. Can you believe that this will actually make my seventh Bronco? I have a sickness, I know. Hopefully the pic posts

Re: Ha! My new toy
Nice. My grandpa had a bronco like that when I was a kid. He loved that thing.
Sharp looking truck and seems to be in excellent condition! Any plans for it?

Re: Ha! My new toy
You got a beauty. Broncos are the vehicles that got me into offroading. I had a 1980 Bronco with the bullet proof 300 ci inline 6 and heavy duty Dana 44 axle with a 4" lift and Mickey Thompson "Jungle Tires". The original clutch lasted an amazing 150,000 miles until the car rusted itself to death. Finding the early ones with clean body panels is getting very hard. Congrats!

Re: Ha! My new toy
Yes pdxrealtor, this is sure to be a deeeep money pit. If something has an aftermarket I can hardly help myself. I'm thinking 3.5" suspension lift, roll cage, line X interior, bumpers, front disks, power brakes, wheels and tires of course, exhaust, stereo, bikini top and I'd really like to swap the front axle to a dana 44. It has a 30 on it now. The only thing that is not stock on the whole rig is that the three on the tree has been moved to the floor.

Re: Ha! My new toy
Wasp1971: That thing looks amazing; someone really loved that truck! I knew a guy that owned a similar one years and years ago...he said it was so prone to rusting that one day it just up and disappeared. All he found in his driveway was broken glass and radio knobs...LOL!
Nice find!
