how much horsepower does this add? how much do you think it will cost to install? is it specifically made for an H3? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
you will be able to install it yourself in 5 minutes. The metal bracket just sits on top of stock air box and replace filter with new one and your done. This is suppose to give you an additional 14 HP ,but I dont have any data to back it up.It still cost over $250 no matter where you look,so $100 is a pretty good deal.Check accessories page here and you will see picture of it.

Do you have the install instructions? Why are you selling it? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
No instructions needed to install, just remove cover from stock air box place metal frame on top and use factory clips to hold in place, then just remove air filter and install new one.I am selling it because I have decided to use the K&N intake instead.

The concept of SMA and K&N are basically the same. I think you're better off waiting until volant comes out with a H3 application. I don't think you'll be happier with a K&N. Both are noisy and draw in warm air.
