I am a proud H2 owner. I've had two of them. I went and test drove an H3. I love everything about the vehicle, the size, the feel. But it just has no power. It's weak beyond belief. What a disappointment.

I guess they had to appeal to the tree-hugging crowd this time around (sigh).

From what I hear from current H3 owners is that at first it feels very underpowered but you don't even notice after a while. I will have to wait and reserve judgement because my little test drive really didn't give me the chance to test it out.

The lone H3 kept up with us at last Hummer event, and the only problem I saw was driver confidence.

For glimpse of H3 in video....

I think that will be the biggest problem for a lot of H3 drives, myself included. Good to know there are plenty of helpful people out there to help build the confidence.

I remember when I went from a GMC Full size truck to a Toyota tacoma double cab - and I was like "where the hell is the motor?" Well after driving it about 10,000 miles I stated to enjoy the 6 in it.

I am sure the 5 will be the same in the H3. I personally would like to see a S/C on as an option.

I have about 2000 miles on my new H3 and it seems to perform better after it breaks in. Even passing on 2 lane highways is acceptable. A S/C would be nice, I'm going to try upgrading the exhaust and intake first though.
