Hello, I just degreased and washed my motor 2003 H2 and now I am getting the "Reduced Engine Power" code. The truck will not go over 1500 rpms. Any suggestions to fix this problem.

and check your battery for proper voltage, battery cables for good connection at the battery and that the post is not broken.
Otherwise let your truck warm up and evap some of the moisture

I just put a new battery in it Monday, but I'll check the cables real quick.
You think something "got wet" and it just needs to dry out?
Thanks

It can give you that for a multitude of reasons. It seems like the most common is associated with battery voltage in some way.
I said let it dry out because it's coincidental, same thing with your battery.

I have another battery I might just throw it in to see what happens.
Should I let it dry out while idleing or with the motor off?

Let the engine idle so it will dry out. It's probably water in the coil packs.

Remove your tps sensor connector and dry it out, if that doesn't fix it after you let it run for awhile disconnect battery for 10 min, restart and let run for 15-20min should take care of it. TPS is on the throttle body and monitors throttle position. Or refer to bulletin
Subject: Reduced Engine Power - DTCs P0120 , P0220 , P1516 and/or P1518 - 03 Model Year Full Size Trucks and Utilities with 4.8 , 5.3 or 6.0 Engines - kw CEL light low LQ4 LQ9 LR4 MIL reducedpwrmde #PIP3042A - (08/30/2004)

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Service Engine Soon Light and / or Reduced Engine Power Mode due to any of the following DTCs: P0120, P0220, P1516 and/or P1518.
Recommendation/Instructions:
If the SI diagnosis and bulletin 03-06-04-032 did not isolate a concern, the following information may help:.
Inspect the Yellow TAC Motor Control Circuit (581) about 1 inch to 4 inches from the throttle body connector to see if it is broken inside of the insulation.
Inspect S102 if there is a P1518 stored. S102 is in the engine harness and is 5.5 inches from the MAP Sensor.
Install that latest engine diagnostic calibrations in the PCM. Some 2003 model year vehicles have updated engine diagnostic calibrations available to address DTCs P0120, P0220, P1516 and or P1518. The title of the updated engine diagnostic calibration in TIS2000 is "New calibration to eliminate setting of P0120, P0220, or P1516 with the engine not running. Includes diagnostic enhancements for P1518."
If the above did not help, replace the throttle body and retorque it to 45 lb/in on the 1st pass and 89 lb/in on the second and final pass.
.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed. If these steps do not resolve the condition, please contact GM TAC for further diagnostic assistance.

GM bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, NOT a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform these technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions, and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, DO NOT assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See your GM dealer for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
