Reset Mpg meter
does anyone know how to reset the mpg meter? i have an 07 h2

Go to the MPG reading using the fuel pump looking button on the steering wheel and then press and hold the arrow button on the stearing wheel. Hold it down untill it resets, about 3 seconds. Same for the oil life.

Ahhh, The average MPG setting on the DIC, guess I never reset it and that was why I didn't know what was meant. I had to go out to the garage to find out for myself, thanks

I am old fashioned, since day one I have been taking the miles from the trip meter at fillup and then divide the gallons of gas pumped into that for my MPG, what can I say
Plus, I never checked that out before today till Intercooled said how to reset it

So, did your math figure to be the same as your DIC reading?

thanks for the info, it said 9.6 for the longest time so i though id reset it.
