What is 2008 H2 remote key fob # on back?

Just picked up an 08 with only one key/fob,and the it's pretty worn out on the back... Can someone with an original '08 remote key fob tell me the GM part # they have on the back of theirs? I searched the web and found GM/O 15913421 but when I looked it up on ebay, none of the auctions say it works on an 2008 H2 and a few say it doesn't... TIA!

I have a 2008 H2 and the part number on the fob is "GM/0 15913421".
I don't know if the "GM/0" in front of the P/N means anything.
