My wife and I are the proud owner of a new H3. We have had it for almost two weeks now and I have been looking for a forum to read about others opinions. I think I have found it!
Anyway, my first question. I heard a report this weekend that because the H3 is so in-demand that 1 in 3 are being stolen. My question is, has anyone installed an aftermarket alarm on their H3? Or do you feel secure with the factory keyless entry/alarm/On-Star setup? If you were to get an alarm system what would you get?
Thanks and I look forward to reading and posting much more in the near future.

Woyster,
Congratulations and welcome to the forum. I would be shocked if that data would even be available yet since H3 has only been out about a month now. Generally this type of data takes some time to collect and weed through. If there were that many stolen, then we would probably have a user here that had one stolen. Actually, haven't heard from Killian for a few days hope it didn't happen to him Enjoy your Hummer and post pics for those of us still waiting on ours

A third line of peotection is a basic kill switch installed by a very well know garage or the dealer if he will do it. That will slow them down. If god forbid it happens eveyone remember.. Onstar will not do a locate without a police report and report number. The pros know how to cut it out or disable it.
