wow...just noticed the curb weight of the alpha open-top at 7847 lbs (not including the winch, runflats, and hitch -- me thinks). As a comparison, the curb weight of my '97 open-top is 6610 lbs. I didn't think there'd be 1200 lbs difference!

Oh Aubs, I'm not harping on you. I'm just a tried and true black H1 owner. I'm just fuking with you. Tell you what, I'll be be the first to kick 50.00 bucks in to getting you an H1. I suppose you can pick the color too.
