Yes the wheels are no problem, you can run a 37x13.5 (or)12.5x22 tire and most likely will not have rub issues unless your on uneven ground at full lock. I am looking into doing a 22" wheel in spring and this is the info I have found thus far. If you go with a 35" tire you definately dont have to worry about rub issues and there will be little to no speedo error as I believe the stock tire size is something like 34.5"

No problems whatsoever, depending on the tire you will be about 1/2 inch taller having little to no effect on speedo calibration (you might be traveling about 1-2 mph faster than your speedo indicates). With a 35" tire you also run about 0 risk in terms of any rubbing.

What's the offset on the Rockstars 22X12? I know the 24X12 is something like -44, which means they will stick out like a set of dog ball's without a lift or flares.

I myself want the 24X12, but at -44 and no lift, im thinking it might look less than desirable.

A low-profile, 12.5 inch wide tire on a 12" wide wheel? You might want to consider installing curb feelers.
