Default Gm sirius connection

Hey does anyone know that if I buy a gm sirius kit for my stock GM 6 cd player with all the aux buttons, That it will work? It never had XM, Its just the stock radio....I think I just confused myself with this question..

Ok how do I know that my stock radio is satellite compatable? And which sirius kit would I need? Thanks

I would contact a customer service rep at www.crutchfield.com
They are very knowledgable and will be able to help you out.

This is the link that you want. It's on the H3 forum, but the install is the same. I did it and it works great. I have an '03 and the channels, etc. come through on your stock radio.
