So I'm crawling down the 405 today through LA and I what do I see? A ceremony on the side of the fwy, on a friday, causing even more traffic than we already have. You'd think they could do this somewhere that wouldn't cause such a spectical.http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10840802/

Thats how Caltrans does it.....It's all about the photo op for new and completed projects. All about the positive public relations spin. It's part of that show you your tax dollars hard at work BS.
What they don't tell you is how bloated and over costly the projects are and that we are really getting screwed on the use of our tax dollars for these projects!
