Default Flat

So I have a flat tire today. Open up the jack case and I find there is no KEY to unlock the spare. I had Hummer take care of some tire problems in the past and I am wondering if someone helped themselves to my key.

So I decide I will take the flat tire off. Take off the lug nuts and the tire would not release from the hub. Now I can't see a key lock in there.

My question is: Are the tires also locked?

Are you sure you have an H1? They use regular style lug nuts, never heard of them using locking ones, even on a spare. As for the flat tire, you have to undo the CTIS connections, which is usually pretty obvious. Make sure to disconnect the CTIS line before you start undoing it, and I think you need to disconnect the opposite side as well.

Y&es you need to disconnect the opposite side as well. Once all the nuts are off and its stuck, hit the tire with a sledgehammer to break it free, dont hit the wheel just the tire.
