I think that is the Winch Fred Flintstone ran on his buggie.
I have not heard of the T-Max, it looks nice.
I am running the Warn 9.5 TI on my H2.

T-Max is a respected brand in Kanga country and we sell them. They are just really starting to promote them here in the USA. Pretty good prices also. Oh and for the bling infested trucks they do sell a chrome model not shown special orders only.

How about the mount? Seen a couple of pics with internal mounts but have yet to find anything more! Any one else feeling the need to not have it hang off the front? Any more info would be great!

I checked out the Warn Winch Web Site, I found the warn 9.ORc Winch, the winch is made for Rock Crawlers. Has a 50 foot rope line, and is around 50 LBS.
I am running the Warn 9.5 TI Multi Mount Winch on my H2. I my self like the 9.5 TI, and the multi Mount is great, I can store it in the back of the Hummer, and it is some what easy to put onto the Hummer by your self.

The shorter rope I can understand, but whats with 'made for rock crawlers' all about? What is so different between one of these and say the regular 100 lbs. thermometric winch?

The Warn 9.ORc is a smaller size winch and a ligther weight, so it won't take up much space on a vehcile made up for rock crawing.
Here is a link to the Warn 9. ORc winch.
http://www.warn.com/truck/winches/src/9.0Rc.shtml
From what I read about the winch, it looks it would work for the H3.
The only thing I did not like about it, is that it only had a 50 foot line on it. I am not sure if you can put a longer line on it.
As for Warn I think they make a very good winch, and they are easy to use. I have used the 9.5 TI a few times, and have not had any problems with it.

I like the looks of this winch. The small size, light weight and pre-loaded synthetic line are great. That its a Warn means that it should be high quality. The thing that kills it for me is the really short line. I can see needing more than that and running into issues. Maybe someone with more winching experience can say if this would be an issue or not, as I'm really not sure.
On another note take a look at this thread :
Ditch the bling and this is a really sweet looking setup. I emailed Rough Country today to check on the pricing and availablity of the T-Max Outback 10,000 lbs. winch with synthetic line and aluminum hawse, and the RC winch mount. When I get an answer I'll post it here for you guys.

Neo -
I'm pretty sure that the Green H3 is running 35's. Compare them to the OE Bridgestones on the Black H3 and it looks mighty similar to ours.
I love the Yellow with the 5" but the Green w/3" looks just about perfect for every day.
No comment on the 2-3" " lift"

Ipe, you are correct. The Green H3 is running 315s with the 3in lift. I still think the 5in with 325s look bad a$$, even if I will get 2 mpg.
