Also his warn winch was unable to unstick him from the gumbo, thats why we needed to yank him with mine. I didnt even have to yank that hard and he came right out. This made me a little dissapointed with the winch. I realize he was probably suctioned in pretty good, but as I said I didnt have to snatch him that hard.
The coopers also seemed to clear out better (not in the pic obviosly!!!). The duellers just flat out suck in even the slightest bit of mud.

i've seen M/T tires fail on hills that look quite a bit like that (and which shouldn't be a big deal), and its left me a bit perplexed as well. I've also been the beneficiary of being "first in line" up a muddy hill... :P But if you said it didn't change much then...
