That package come with smaller tires than what you have now. And for that price?
I think for paying that price, you can find way better rims than that and get better tires for less money. ... just MHO.

For the price, I'd get a Gobi rack first.
And they come in a set of four, H3's need to come with 5 wheels

Why are they sold in a set of 4?! The h3 has 5!
