Default Dash removal

Hello all. I recently had a stereo installed and now the dash panel around the radio and air controls, on star and switches seems to be popped out slightly. I took it back and they made it better but not perfect. I am anal when it comes to these things.

So I figure to get it done right I will have to do it myself, but I do not want to break the dash trim. So can anyone here tell me the proper way to remove this trim piece and where the clips might be located that hold it in? I know there are the 2 bolts near the air ducts but is that I all need to remove to slide the panel up and out or do I have to remove the center console first?
I need to do this right away before I have to go into therapy for an improperly fitted dash panel.

Thanks
